We collect the information needed to create and deliver stories:

• Parent or guardian contact details, such as the email address used to request a sample story, subscribe, receive stories, or contact support.
• Child profile and story preferences that a parent or guardian chooses to provide, such as a child's name or nickname, interests, favorite animals, family details, bedtime tone, and story requests.
• Generated stories, story delivery status, replies to story emails, and audio narration requests when a parent asks for audio.
• Subscription and billing status from Stripe, such as plan type, customer identifiers, payment status, renewal timing, and receipts. Stripe handles card numbers and other payment details directly.
• Site analytics and advertising measurement data, including pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser information, and events collected through tools such as Google Tag Manager.
• Support emails and related messages sent to TinyTaleHouse support or story inboxes.

We use information to generate and email personalized bedtime stories, provide audio narration when requested, manage subscriptions and receipts, respond to support requests, troubleshoot delivery issues, prevent misuse, understand whether our site and ads are working, and improve TinyTaleHouse.

TinyTaleHouse is for parents and guardians. We do not ask children to submit information directly, and parents should not let children use TinyTaleHouse as an unsupervised account or messaging service.

Parents and guardians decide what child story details to provide. If you believe a child sent us information directly, or if you want us to delete child profile details or generated stories, email support@tinytalehouse.com.

We use service providers to operate TinyTaleHouse, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and inbox tools for support and story replies. These providers receive the information needed to perform their services for us.

We do not sell your family's story details. We may also share information if required by law, to protect TinyTaleHouse or others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide stories, maintain subscription and business records, answer support requests, and improve the service. Parents and guardians can ask us to delete child profile details or generated story records by emailing support. Stripe and other providers may retain records they need for billing, security, or legal reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for a small online service, but no website, email system, or internet transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, medical, financial, or safety information in story prompts or support emails.

We may update this policy as TinyTaleHouse changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@tinytalehouse.com.
