How to request deletion
To request deletion of your TinyTaleHouse data, email us at support@tinytalehouse.com from the email address connected to your TinyTaleHouse request, subscription, or account.
Please include the subject line Data deletion request and tell us whether you want us to delete all TinyTaleHouse data tied to your email address or only specific child profile/story records.
What we delete
- Parent account details associated with your email address.
- Child profile details and story preferences you provided.
- Generated stories and story delivery records where deletion is requested.
- App-related login or connection data, including Meta/Facebook app data if applicable.
- Support messages that are no longer needed to handle your request, where practical.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by TinyTaleHouse.
Confirmation and timing
We will review your request, verify that it matches the email address on the account or story request, and respond with confirmation once the deletion has been completed or explain if any limited records must be retained.
If you used Facebook or another Meta product to connect with TinyTaleHouse, you may also remove TinyTaleHouse from your Meta app settings. This page is the public user data deletion instructions URL for TinyTaleHouse.
